MICHELE WHITE

Michele has over 20 years of experience assessing and developing leaders; either individually or collectively. She has also worked at Executive Director level herself, and supported Chief Executives to build the right team around them. When working with teams, Michele is adept at helping them to work together better to improve their team and organisational performance. As a qualified Executive Coach, Michele supports and challenges individual leaders to be the best that they can be.
 
Michele works with a range of clients on organisational development projects to enhance business success (such as building employee engagement, design and delivery of assessment and development centres, major organisational change and culture development, developing teams, and designing and facilitating leadership development programmes) and regularly assesses directors for promotion to Partner.
 
In her spare time, Michele likes theatre, spending time with family and friends, and planning her next holiday.
